摘　　要：文章介绍了陈雷教授诊治带状疱疹后遗神经痛的经验,体现了其临证善于针药结合,力求方、穴(药)、术与理、法的一脉贯通的诊疗特点。陈教授指出疼痛的病因不外乎"不通则痛"或"不荣则痛"。根据其多年临床经验,依据带状疱疹发病机制,鉴于肝脏的生理病理特点,并有感于宁波民间"缠身龙"之称谓,别出机杼,根据《易经》乾卦象辞,阐发其病机乃阴血虚惫,相火妄动,如渊不潜龙。采用"潜龙入渊"之法,以达阴平阳秘之期,临床疗效显著,值得深入效法。This paper introduces the clinal experience of professor CHEN Lei in treating postherpetic neuralgia. His experience is featured with a combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, alongside an inner balance of prescription, acupoints, principles, methods and technic. He explains the reason for pain is because of an obstruction caused by pathogen in meridian. Based on the pathogenesis of shingles, physiological and pathological characteristics of liver, as well as the Ningbo folk appellation of ’wrap dragon’, CHEN Lei uses the metaphysical method of ’Qian Long Ru Yuan’ which is from The Book of Changes. It balances yin and yang while treating the symptoms of shingles, and such treatment receives excellent clinical feedback.
