摘  要:高血压病是常见的心血管疾病之一。近年研究认为脑部延髓头端腹外侧区烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶和高血压的发生发展关系密切。NADPH氧化酶是活性氧生成的主要来源。NADPH氧化酶介导氧化应激及其引起的内质网应激和自噬参与血压的调节。文章分别从延髓头端腹外侧脑区(RVLM)、氧化应激-内质网应激-自噬在针刺治疗高血压中的作用两个方面展开论述,总结氧化应激-内质网应激-自噬在高血压RVLM的作用及针刺干预机制,为高血压及其相关心血管疾病的靶向分子治疗提供理论依据。Hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases.Recent studies suggest that the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase is closely related to the development of hypertension in the ventral ventrolateral medulla of the brain medulla.NADPH oxidase pathway is the main source of reactive oxygen species.NADPH oxidase mediates oxidative stress and induces endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy to participate in regulating blood pressure.In this review,we discuss rostral ventrolateral medulla,and the role of oxidative stress-endoplasmic reticulum stress-autophagy in the treatment of hypertension by acupuncture.The mechanism of oxidative stress-endoplasmic reticulum stress-autophagy and acupuncture in the treatment of hypertension was summarized,which provides the theoretical basis for the molecular therapy of this disease.
