摘　　要：草乌是蒙医常用药材,临床疗效显著且历史悠久。其所含乌头碱、新乌头碱、次乌头碱既是有效成分也是毒性成分。该药治疗窗较窄,临床上屡见中毒现象和不良反应,虽含有剧毒但疗效显著,由于其治疗剂量和中毒剂量特别接近从而影响其广泛使用。因此,全方位认识草乌疗效和毒性是合理应用含草乌药物的前提。文章从含草乌蒙药复方制剂临床毒性表现、毒性研究、安全使用措施、中毒原因分析及急救措施5个方面对草乌毒性进行了综述,为草乌类蒙药制剂的临床合理应用提供参考。Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix is a common medicinal material in Mongolian medicine,which has remarkable clinical efficacy and a long history.Aconitine,neoaconitine and hypoaconitine contained in it are not only effective components but also toxic components.The treatment window of this drug is narrow,and poisoning and side effects are common in clinic.Although it is highly toxic,its curative effect is remarkable.Because its treatment dose is very close to the poisoning dose,it affects its wide use.Therefore,an all-round understanding of the efficacy and toxicity of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix is the prerequisite for rational application of drugs containing Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix.In this paper,the toxicity of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix was summarized from five aspects:clinical toxicity,toxicity research,safe use measures,poisoning reason analysis and first aid measures,which provided reference for the rational clinical application of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Mongolian medicine preparations.
