中医心虚证与绝经后骨质疏松症的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过分析心虚证与绝经后骨质疏松症的相关性,探讨绝经后骨质疏松症发生的中医病机。方法:研究纳入2 496例绝经后妇女,中医辨证分为心虚证组479例,无心虚证组2 017例。双能X线骨密度仪检测骨密度,并运用SPSS 23.0进行统计分析。结果:心虚证组股骨颈、大转子及Ward三角骨密度显著低于无心虚证组(P<0.05)。心虚证组骨质疏松症发病率高于无心虚证组(P<0.01)。Logistic分析结果显示骨质疏松症、高血压、冠心病均是心虚证的危险因素(B>0,P<0.05)。结论:中医心虚证与绝经后骨质疏松症存在相关性,可认为心虚是绝经后骨质疏松症的中医病机之一。Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis of osteoporosis by analyzing the relationship between heart deficiency syndrome and postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:The study included 2496 postmenopausal women,which were divided into heart deficiency group(479 cases)and non-heart deficiency group(2017 cases),according to the syndrome differentiation criteria of TCM.The bone mineral density was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The bone mineral densities of femoral neck,trochanter and Ward triangle were lower in the heart deficiency group than in the non-heart deficiency group(P<0.05).The incidence of osteoporosis in the heart deficiency group was significantly higher than that in the non-heart deficiency group(P<0.01).The results of Logistic analysis showed that osteoporosis,coronary heart disease and hypertension were all risk factors of heart deficiency(B>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between TCM heart deficiency syndrome and postmenopausal osteoporosis.It can be considered that heart deficiency is one of the TCM pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
