摘　　要：目的:研究分析痰湿对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者内分泌代谢的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的416例育龄期PCOS不孕症患者根据诊断标准分为痰湿证组(227例)和非痰湿证组(189例),比较分析两组之间的临床特征及内分泌代谢差异。结果:痰湿证患者具有更高的不孕年限、收缩压、舒张压、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围及腰臀比(WHR)(P<0.05)。痰湿证患者具有更低的SHBG值及更高的FAI值(P<0.05)。痰湿证患者具有更高的FPG、G30’、G60’、G120’、IR、FINS、F30’、F60’、F120’、TG、LDL-C、APOB及APOB/A值和更低的HDL-C值(P<0.05)。痰湿证患者具有更高的IR、2型糖尿病和MS患病率(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿证PCOS不孕症患者较多发生肥胖、糖脂及胰岛素代谢障碍,此外伴发糖耐量异常及代谢综合征等疾病的风险也较高。Objective:To explore the influence of phlegm-dampness syndrome on the endocrine metabolism of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)and infertility.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,416 patients with PCOS and infertility meet the inclusion criteria were divided into the phlegm-dampness syndrome group(227 cases)and the non-phlegm-dampness syndrome group(189 cases).Results:The phlegm-dampness syndrome group had longer infertility year,higher systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,and WHR(P<0.05).The phlegm-dampness syndrome group had lower SHBG value and higher FAI(P<0.05).The phlegm-dampness syndrome group had higher FPG,G30-,G60-,G120-,IR,FINS,F30-,F60-,F120-,TG,LDL-C,APOB and APOB/A values as well as lower HDL-C(P<0.05).The phlegm-dampness syndrome group had higher incidence of IR,type 2 diabetes mellitus and MS(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PCOS and infertility patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome have a higher risk of being obesity,glycolipids,and insulin metabolism disorders.In addition,the risk of diseases such as impaired glucose tolerance and metabolic syndrome is also higher among them.
