内消乳核冲剂治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症患者的临床疗效及对情志改善的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察内消乳核冲剂治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症患者的临床疗效及情志的改善。方法:选取肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症患者180例,按随机数字表法分为两组,其中治疗组90例,对照组90例。两组均予他莫昔芬片治疗,治疗组加内消乳核冲剂口服。观察临床症状积分、焦虑抑郁评分、总有效率、激素水平(雌二醇、孕激素、催乳素)、超声血流动力学指标(最大血流速度、最小血流速度和血流阻力指数)及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%(84/90)显著高于对照组83.33%(75/90)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后各项指标均显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,无显著性差异。结论:内消乳核冲剂治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症能够显著改善患者临床症状、心理状态及实验室指标。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and emotional improvement of Neixiaoruhe Granules in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with stagnation of liver-qi type. Methods: Liver was selected 180 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands due to stagnation of qi were randomly divided into two groups, including 90 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group. Both groups were given tamoxifen. The treatment group was given Neixiaoruhe Granules orally. Clinical symptom score, anxiety and depression score, total effective rate, hormone level(estrogen, progesterone, pituitary prolactin), ultrasonic hemodynamic index(Vmax, Vmin and RI) and adverse reactions were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(84/90), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%, 75/90)(P<0.05). After treatment, all indexes of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05). After treatment, all indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: Neixiaoruhe Granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, psychological state and laboratory indexes of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of liver depression and qi stagnation type.
