基于玄府理论探究慢性荨麻疹的针罐治疗

摘　　要：玄府最早见于《黄帝内经》,后经刘完素等医家不断完善,发展成为具有中医特色的理论体系。玄府理论临床应用广泛,尤其与皮肤类疾病关系密切。本研究基于玄府理论指导,认为慢性荨麻疹的病因病机分为“风邪侵袭,玄府不通”“久病瘀滞,玄府不畅”及“气血亏虚,玄府不固”三方面,总结梳理出祛风开玄、祛瘀通玄和补虚固玄的针罐治疗方案,为临床诊治慢性荨麻疹提供思路与方法。Xuanfu was firstly recorded in Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,and then it developed into a theoretical system with TCM characteristics after continuous improvement by doctors such as LIU Wansu.Xuanfu theory is widely used in clinic,especially in skin diseases.Based on the guidance of Xuanfu theory,the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic urticaria can be divided into three aspects as followings,invasion of wind evil and obstruction of Xuanfu,stagnation of chronic disease and inactivation of Xuanfu,as well as qi-blood deficiency and weakness of Xuanfu.It is concluded that expelling wind and opening Xuanfu,resolving stagnation and activating Xuanfu,as well as tonifying deficiency and consolidating Xuanfu are the guidance for the treatment of chronic urticaria.
