摘　　要：目的:观察治神针法合“五心穴”治疗痉挛性斜颈23例的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的患者随机分为治神针法合“五心穴”治疗组(治疗组)12例、常规针刺治疗组(对照组)11例。治疗组给予主穴针刺“五心穴”、百会、印堂、神门和复溜,配穴针刺颈部天鼎、天牖、天容、人迎、风池穴以及相应病变肌肉;对照组给予常规针刺颈部天鼎、天牖、天容、人迎、风池穴以及相应病变肌肉治疗。治疗4个疗程共计27 d后比较入组参加治疗前及27 d后患者的Tsui量表、西多伦多痉挛性斜颈评分量表(TWSTRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及MPF值、AEMG值,并分析两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组的Tsui评分、TWSTRS评分、HAMA评分及AEMG值均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),MPF值显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组总有效率为91.67%(11/12),高于对照组的63.64%(7/11)。结论:治神针法合“五心穴”治疗痉挛性斜颈疗效良好,临床控制情况优于常规针刺,能有效的改善症状,缓解患者焦虑情绪以提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating Shen acupuncture combined with‘five-heart points’in the treatment of 23 cases of spasmodic torticollis.Methods:The patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=11)and the treatment group(n=12).The control group was treated with conventional needling Tianding(LI17),Tianyou(SJ16),Tianrong(SI17),Renying(ST9),Fengchi(GB20)and affected muscles;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with treating Shen acupuncture by needling‘five-heart points’,Baihui(DU20),Yintang(EX-HN3),Shenmen(HT7)and Fuliu(KI7).After 27 days of the treatment,the scores of Tsui scale,Toronto Western spasmodic torticollis rating scale(TWSTRS)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),as well as the values of MPF and AEMG were compared between before and after 27 days of the treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of Tsui,TWSTRS and HAMA,as well as the value of AEMG were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the value of MPF was significantly increased in the treatment group compared to those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%(11/12),which was significantly higher than 63.64%(7/11)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating Shen acupuncture combined with‘five-heart points’is effective for spasmodic torticollis,and its clinical effect is better than the conventional acupuncture.The therapy can effectively improve symptoms and relieve anxiety of the patients to improve their quality of life.
