林国华教授应用耳穴割治法治疗瘾疹经验谈

摘　　要：林国华教授总结前人耳穴割治法并提出用耳穴割治“风溪、耳中、坐骨神经”治疗瘾疹,临床观察其消疹止痒效果明显。林教授将瘾疹的卫气营血辨证和耳穴割治的机理相结合,通过耳穴的加减化裁扩大瘾疹的治疗手段。耳穴中风溪有良好抗过敏作用,能活血祛风、止痒;耳中穴,与膈相应,具有解痉降逆、理血祛风作用;坐骨神经点具有通经活络、强筋壮骨和消肿止痛作用。三穴配合,共行泄热凉血、祛风止痒的功效。本研究拟通过林教授两个临床医案,分析运用“耳穴割治”治疗瘾疹可从营血进行辨证的治疗思路。Professor LIN Guohua summarized auricular acupuncture therapy from predecessors,and put forward ideas of stimulating Fengxi point,Erzhong point and sciatic nerve point of ears in the treatment of urticaria.The therapy has a significant effect on relieving itch and eliminating rash.Professor LIN combined differentiation of Wei,Qi,Ying and Xue with the therapy of auricular acupuncture.Through the modification of auricular points,it has enriched the treatment of urticaria.Fengxi point has a good anti-allergic effect,it can promote blood circulation,dispel wind and relieve itching.Erzhong point corresponds to diaphragm,it can relieve spasm,lower adverse flow of Qi and regulate blood circulation.The point of sciatic nerve can activate meridians and collaterals,strengthen tendons and bones,as well as reduce swelling and relieve pain.As a result of cooperating with the three points,it has better effects of expelling heat and cooling blood,dispelling wind and relieving itching.This study analyzed the ideas of differentiating Wei,Qi,Ying and Xue to treat urticaria with two cases of urticaria treated by professor LIN.
