作为媒介融合的北宋东京城市革命——基于媒介地理学的历史再思

摘　　要：以“坊市制崩溃”为核心的北宋东京城市革命长期被学界用经济史观诠释,该取向将空间视为商品经济征服的对象,忽略空间动员、组织城市革命的作用。媒介地理学对“空间-媒介”辩证关系的分析利于裨补上述缺陷,使物质空间的能动性开显。据此,可将东京空间视为发挥“中介化”作用的媒介,将城市革命视为赋权媒介(可沟通性空间)、集权媒介(区隔性空间)的融合。该过程得益于东京空间的媒介可供性,本质是赋权媒介和集权媒介模糊边界、双向渗透,衍生“共意城市”的空间实践。赋权媒介虽在融合过程中反守为攻,却在共意状态下蜕变为另一种集权媒介,隐蔽地复建空间霸权,使共意城市内卷化,削弱了城市革命的革命性。For a long time,the view of economic history has dominated the interpretation of the city revolution in Dongjing in Northern Song Dynasty whose principal milestone is"the collapse of segregation system of communities",viewing the space as prey for commodity economy and ignoring the media effects of space to mobilize and organize the city revolution.Analyses on the dialectical relationship between space and media in media geography can remedy the defects of the view of economic history,manifesting the initiative of material space.Accordingly,the space of Dongjing can be deemed as media that function as"mediation".Furthermore,the city revolution can be deemed as the convergence of empowered media(communicative space)and centralized media(partitioned space).Benefiting from the inherent media affordances of Dongjing,the essence of the city revolution which is isomorphic to media convergence is the spatial practice containing the blurred boundary and the relations of mutual domestication between empowered media and centralized media,which resulted in a"consensual city".Although the empowered media gradually managed to counterattack the centralized media during the process of media convergence,it transformed into another centralized media under the state of consensus,concealing the reconstruction of space hegemony and the involution of the consensual city and impairing the revolutionary spirit of city revolution.
