摘  要:目的:研究凤仙花在重金属铅胁迫下的抗性。方法:采用模拟重金属铅污染的盆栽试验方法研究铅胁迫下凤仙花生长及根际土壤酶活和碱解氮含量等指标的响应。结果:当铅浓度在400 mg·kg^(-1)以下时,凤仙花出苗率和苗高无显著变化,随着铅浓度的升高,凤仙花出苗率和苗高受到抑制;当铅浓度高于400 mg·kg^(-1)时,根长、根冠比逐渐减小;土壤过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶活性、pH值及碱解氮随铅浓度增加呈现先上升后下降趋势,在铅浓度为600 mg·kg^(-1)时各指标达到峰值。结论:凤仙花对重金属铅胁迫具有一定的抗性,在铅污染土壤修复应用中具有较大潜力。Objective:To analyze the resistance of impatiens to Pb stress,the Impatiens balsamina were used as the test material.Methods:The response of the growth of I.balsamina,soil enzyme activity and alkaline nitrogen under Pb stress were studied by pot experiment simulating heavy metal pollution.Results:when the concentration of Pb was below 400 mg·kg^(-1),there was no significant change of the seedling rate and seedling height of impatiens.With the increase of Pb concentration,the seedling rate and seedling height of impatiens were inhibited.When the heavy metal Pb concentration was higher than 400 mg·kg^(-1),the root length and root-shoot ratio gradually decreased.The activities of catalase,polyphenol oxidase,invertase,pH value and alkaline nitrogenin soil showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of Pb concentration,reaching a peak when the Pb concentration was 600 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:I.balsamina had certain resistance to Pb stress,and had great potential in remediation of heavy metal Pb contaminated soil.
