摘 要:通过单因素实验考察了NaOH负载量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间对玉米油甲酯收率的影响。依据单因素实验结果选取NaOH负载量、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量为自变量,玉米油甲酯收率为响应值,根据Box-Behnken中心组合原理设计三因素三水平响应面优化实验。确定玉米油甲酯适宜工艺条件为:NaOH负载量35%,醇油摩尔比12∶1,催化剂用量(相对玉米油质量)7%。在此条件下,玉米油甲酯收率达到91.63%,与理论值91.13%接近。通过响应面法优化得到的玉米油甲酯实验条件具有实用价值,可为玉米油甲酯的工业化生产提供新的参考。The effects of NaOH dosage,calcination temperature or time,molar ratio of alcohol to oil,dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the yields of corn oil methyl ester were investigated by single factor experiment.The loading amount of NaOH,molar ratio of alcohol to oil and dosage of catalyst were selected as independent variables,while the yield of corn oil methyl ester was taken as response value.According to the combination principle of Box-Behnken central,a response surface optimization experiment with three factors and three levels was designed.The results showed that the conditions were optimized with NaOH dosage of 35%,molar ratio of alcohol to oil of 12∶1,catalyst dosage of 7%(accounting for the mass of corn oil).Under the optimized conditions,the yield of corn oil methyl ester was up to 91.63%,which was close to the theoretical yield of 91.13%.The experimental conditions optimized by the response surface method were practical,which could provide a novel highlight for the industrial production of corn oil methyl ester.
