摘　　要：本文通过对原有的光伏玻璃原片生产线布置进行分析,从窑炉溢流口、唇砖、压延机、过渡辊台、退火窑以及冷端生产线角度出发,本文确定生产线各个工艺段的改造方案,为后续光伏玻璃原片生产线加宽改造提供一定的参考。This paper analyses the production line arrangement of original PV glass raw sheet,and determines the reconstruction plans of each process section in view of overflow port,lip brick,rolling machine,lift-out roller,annealing lehr and cold end production line,which provides some reference for the subsequent widening reconstruction of the production line of PV glass raw sheet.
