摘 要:黑龙江西部电网500 kV网架结构坚强,220 kV电网为复杂环网结构,具备分层分区条件。结合黑龙江西部电网特点,根据分层分区原则,制定一套分区运行方案,对黑龙江西部电网500 kV/220 kV电磁环网进行解环操作。应用PSASP仿真平台对西部电网解环后的潮流分布、短路电流等指标进行计算分析,验证了方案的合理性,为今后西部电网顺利实现解环提供参考。The 500 kV grid structure in the western part of Heilongjiang is strong,and the 220 kV grid is a complex ring network structure,which has the conditions of stratification and partitioning.Combined with the characteristics of the western Heilongjiang power grid,according to the principle of stratified division,a set of divisional operation scheme is formulated to unlock the 500 kV/220 kV electromagnetic ring network of the western Heilongjiang power grid.The PSASP simulation platform is used to calculate and analyze the power flow distribution、short circuit current and other indexes after unlocking the western power grid,and the rationality of the scheme is verified,which provides reference for the smooth realization of unlocking the western power grid in the future.
