摘　　要：针对以往供电保障业务开展过程中管理决策不科学等问题,分析了现有研究的不足之处,采用线性回归、失效模式及后果分析方法,研究合理的业务周期设置模型及合理分配业务开展所需的人力、物力资源,有效提升了业务管理和执行效率。Aiming at the problems of unscientific management decision-making in the process of power supply guarantee business development in the past,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research,and uses linear regression,failure mode and consequence analysis methods to study the reasonable business cycle setting model and reasonable allocation of human and material resources required for business development,which effectively improves the efficiency of business management and execution.
