摘  要:介绍了一种由溢流阀对播种风机流量进行调节的液压马达调速系统,以气力播种机正常工作状态各项数据为基础,建立了液压马达调速系统,说明了其调速原理并计算出马达流量参数,根据系统各液压部件参数选择对应产品。最后,通过对马达调速系统中溢流阀开度的调解,进行了马达转速、液压压力及液压流量的测量,通过试验数据验证了参数匹配的合理性及马达调速性能的可行性。结果表明:试验系统结构紧凑,使用可靠,可保证马达带动的风机达到目标转速范围,且试验参数可控可调性好,是马达调速的有效可行方案。A speed control system for hydraulic motor is introduced,whose flow was adjusted through relief valve.Based on the various data of the normal working state of the pneumatic planter,a hydraulic motor speed control system is established,the speed control principle is explained,the motor flow parameters are calculated,and the corresponding products are selected according to the parameters of the hydraulic components of the system.Finally,by adjusting the opening of the overflow valve in the motor speed control system,the motor speed,hydraulic pressure and hydraulic flow are measured.The test data verifies the rationality of parameter matching and the feasibility of the motor speed control performance.The results show that the test system is compact in structure and reliable in use.It can ensure that the fan driven by the motor reaches the target speed range,and the test parameters are controllable and adjustable.It is an effective and feasible solution for motor speed regulation.
