摘 要:为了解决因支护形成工程坚硬顶板带来的问题,以小庄煤矿40205工作面地质生产条件为研究背景,采用基于复变函数的理论分析、数值模拟、现场实践的方法,分析比较了密集松动预裂岩体钻孔的应力场、位移场和塑性区的分布规律。研究表明:钻孔布设角度增加到一定角度(0°~90°)后与塑性区影响范围成反比;通过现场实践验证,40205工作面经密集卸压钻孔预裂处理后,初次垮落步距都缩短了6 m,保证了工作面的安全生产。In order to solve the problem of engineering hard roof caused by support,taking the geological production conditions of 40205 working face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the research background,the distribution laws of stress field,displacement field and plastic zone of dense pre-splitting boreholes were analyzed and compared by using the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field practice.The results show that when the angle of borehole arrangement increases to a certain angle(0°~90°),it is inversely proportional to the influence range of plastic zone.Through the field practice,40205 working face after intensive pressure relief drilling presplitting treatment,the first weighting distance is shortened by 6 m,which can ensure the safe production of the working face.
