摘　　要：针对火车快速定量装车系统运行中工作性能较差的现状,开展结构及控制系统的改造升级工作。应用结果表明:改造之后的定量装车系统工作稳定可靠,解决了寒冷天气溜槽结冰延误装车和因液压油温过高、过低波动影响装运任务的问题,实现了定量装车系统远程监测与控制功能,改善了喷煤和污染的问题,节省了系统运维人员,降低了人员的劳动强度,提高了煤炭装车效率,预计为企业产生了更多的经济效益。In view of the poor working performance of the train rapid quantitative loading system,the structure and control system were upgraded.The application results show that the modified quantitative loading system works stably and reliably,solves the problems of delay loading due to chute icing in cold weather and impact of loading task by too high or too low hydraulic oil temperature,realizes remote monitoring and control function of quantitative loading system,decreases coal injection and pollution,reduces system operation and maintenance personnel,reduces labor intensity of personnel,improves the efficiency of coal loading,and increases the economic benefits of enterprises.
