摘　　要：目的:构建ICU身体约束病人约束质量评价指标体系。方法:在“结构⁃过程⁃结果”三维质量结构理论基础上,采用文献检索法、专家小组讨论、德尔菲法和层次分析法,建立ICU身体约束病人约束质量评价指标体系。结果:共进行了3轮专家函询,3轮专家函询的积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.906,0.897,0.903,协调系数分别为0.182,0.169,0.593(均P<0.01)。最终构建的ICU身体约束病人约束质量评价指标体系包含3项一级指标(约束结构面、约束过程面、约束结果面)、10项二级指标和26项三级指标。结论:构建的ICU身体约束病人约束质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,可作为ICU身体约束病人约束质量评价的工具。Objective:To construct the quality evaluation index system of ICU patients with physical restraint.Methods:Based on the theory of structure⁃process⁃result,the quality evaluation index system of ICU patients with physical restraint was formed through literature retrieval,expert group discussion,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis methodology.Results:Three rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of experts in the three rounds of consultations were all 100%.The authority coefficients of experts were 0.906,0.897,0.903,respectively.The values of Kendall's W were 0.182,0.169 and 0.593,respectively(all P<0.01).The final quality evaluation index system of ICU patients with physical restraint included 3 first⁃level indicators(constraint structure,constraint process and constraint result),10 second⁃level indicators and 26 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The established quality evaluation index system of ICU patients with physical restraint was scientific and reliable,which could be used as a tool to evaluate the quality of ICU physical restraint.
