摘　　要：目的:构建喉全切除术气道管理质量评价指标体系,促进喉全切除术病人气道规范化管理。方法:以三维质量结构模型为基础,通过文献分析、专家函询拟定喉全切除术气道管理质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法、百分权重法、乘积法确立各层次指标权重。结果:共进行2轮专家函询,2轮专家函询积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.81,0.83,协调系数分别为0.334,0.250(P<0.01)。最终形成的喉全切除术气道管理质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、10个二级指标和30个三级指标。结论:构建的喉全切除术气道管理质量评价指标体系具有科学性和可行性,可用于喉全切除术病人气道管理的质量测评。Objective:To construct the evaluation index system for airway management quality of total laryngectomy,and to promote standardized airway management of patients undergoing total laryngectomy.Methods:Based on the three⁃dimensional quality structure model,the evaluation index system for airway management quality of total laryngectomy was formed through literature analysis and Delphi method.The establishment of the index weights at each level adopted by the analytic hierarchy process,the percent weight method and the product method.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultations were both 100%.The authority coefficient of experts were 0.81,0.83,respectively.The values of Kendall's W were 0.334 and 0.250,respectively(all P<0.01).The developed evaluation index system for airway management quality of total laryngectomy included 3 first⁃level indicators,10 second⁃level indicators and 30 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The established evaluation index system for airway management quality of total laryngectomy was scientific and reliable,which could can be used to evaluate the quality of airway management in patients undergoing total laryngectomy.
