摘　　要：阐述了感知控制和自我管理的概念,综述了2型糖尿病病人感知控制和自我管理的评估工具及国内外研究现状,旨在指导临床护理人员为2型糖尿病病人制定更为有效的干预方案,有效控制病人血糖水平,减少并发症,提高生活质量。This study expounded the concepts of perceived control and self⁃management,and reviewed assessment tools for perceived control and self⁃management for patients with type 2 diabetes and current research status in China and abroad.It aimed at guiding clinical nurses to formulate more effective intervention programs for patients with type 2 diabetes,effectively controlling the patient's blood sugar level,reducing complications,and improving the quality of life.
