摘 要:目前,我国2型糖尿病(T2DM)患病人数不断增加,而糖尿病会增加机体功能障碍和残疾的风险。肌少症是以骨骼肌质量和功能进行性下降为特征的疾病,在T2DM中其发病率明显升高,同时肌少症也被认为是糖尿病新的并发症。关于T2DM患者肌少症患病率高的原因及机制尚未明确,可能与胰岛素抵抗、脂质异位沉积、炎症、氧化应激及内质网应激、晚期糖基化终末产物、糖尿病并发症等有关。未来,临床医师应进一步深入探究T2DM合并肌少症的相关机制,以改善患者预后。Currently,the number of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing in China,and diabetes increases the risk of dysfunction and disability.Sarcopenia is a disease characterized by progressive decline of skeletal muscle mass and function,and its incidence is significantly increased in T2DM.Sarcopenia is also considered as a new complication of diabetes mellitus.The reasons and mechanisms for the high prevalence of sarcopenia in T2DM patients are not yet clear,which may be related to insulin resistance,ectopic lipid deposition,inflammation,oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress,advanced glucose activation end products,and diabetes complications,etc.In the future,the clinicians should further explore the mechanism of T2DM with sarcopenia,in order to improve the prognosis of the patients.
