摘  要:本文主要分析采用纳氏试剂分光光度法的过程中,前处理方式对不同盐度地表水含有氨氮物质检定结果的影响。基于我国现行环境保护标准,正确实施实验过程,并选取汕头市梅溪河流域不同盐度地表水为样本,开展预处理。通过实践发现,对低盐度地表水检定无需前处理,含盐浓度在4~15的水样,其前处理方式可选择絮凝沉淀和蒸馏,而含盐度过高的水样不适用纳氏试剂分光光度法,以此为相关检定工作提供借鉴和参考。This article mainly analyzes the influence of pretreatment methods on the determination results of ammonia nitrogen in surface water with different salinities in the process of using Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry.Based on the current environmental protection standards in my country,the experimental process was correctly implemented,and the surface water of different salinities in the Meixi River Basin of Shantou City was selected as samples to carry out pretreatment.It has been found through practice that no pre-treatment is required for low-salinity surface water verification.For water samples with a salt concentration of 4~15,flocculation precipitation and distillation can be selected for the pre-treatment method,while water samples with too high salinity are not suitable for Nessler Reagent spectrophotometry.This will provide reference and reference for related verification work.
