摘　　要：基于PLC和工业远程监控系统软件设计一个垃圾渗沥液远程监控系统。系统由多个被控对象,每个被控对象由一台具有通信功能的PLC控制,分别由远程监控系统、PLC、现场仪表、机泵等设备构成。远程监控系统采用组态王6.6,远程监控系统软件开发上位监控界面,能够对生产过程进行监测,及时了解现场信息,快速进行决策。PLC和现场的仪表设备为渗沥液处理远程监控系统的下位机,能够实时完成数据采集和远程控制。该系统在无锡某垃圾集运中心渗沥液处理中心投入使用,运行良好,操作简便。Based on PLC and industrial remote monitoring system software,a landfill leachate remote monitoring system is designed.The system consists of several controlled objects,each controlled object is controlled by a PLC with communication function,which is composed of remote monitoring system,PLC,field instrument,pump and other equipment.Kingview 6.6 is used in the remote monitoring system.The upper monitoring interface is developed by the software of the remote monitoring system,which can monitor the production process,understand the field information in time,and make decisions quickly.PLC and field instruments are the lower computer of leachate treatment remote monitoring system,which can complete real-time data acquisition and remote control.The system has been put into use in the leachate treatment center of a waste collection and transportation center in Wuxi,and it runs well and is easy to operate.
