从油气回收装置调试故障看填料塔内件对吸收塔性能的影响

摘　　要：某地下洞库原油油气处理方式采用吸附法油气回收装置。该油气回收装置在调试试车过程中出现了一些问题,针对这些问题进行了一系列的问题排查和分析,并付诸于实践发现其问题源于吸收塔运行状态不良所致,通过对吸收塔的分析排查为填料吸收塔的内件缺陷所致,可见吸收塔内件对于吸收塔的运行有着重大的影响作用。Oil and gas recovery device by adsorption method is adopted in the treatment of crude oil and gas in an underground cavern.The oil and gas recovery unit in the process of debugging test appeared some problems,the article conducted a series of problems to solve these problems,analysis,and put into practice found that the problem originates from the running state of the absorption tower is improper,through the analysis of the absorption tower screening of stuffing absorbing tower,caused by a defect in the visible absorption tower internals for the operation of the absorption tower has a significant impact.
