摘  要:镍基复合管具有良好的韧性、强度以及耐各种形式的腐蚀的性能,目前广泛应用于高压高含硫气田施工中。但由于镍基复合管的覆层金属镍基合金在高温时易与空气中的氧气结合发生氧化,根据规范和焊接工艺要求,在镍基复合管钨极氩弧焊焊接时,需要在复合管背部充氩以隔绝空气。Nickel based composite pipe has good toughness,strength and resistance to various forms of corrosion,which is widely used in high pressure and high sulfur gas field construction.However,due to the Ni based alloy coating is easy to combine with oxygen in the air and oxidize at high temperature,according to the specification and welding process requirements,In TIG welding of Ni based composite pipe,it is necessary to fill argon in the back of composite pipe to isolate air.
