摘　　要：无线指令电控式扩眼器通过钻井液脉冲信号与钻杆钻速信号传达指令,控制扩眼器刀翼的伸缩,作业者可在任何时候打开或关闭扩眼工具,解决了传统扩眼器必须投球或下电缆的缺陷。本文自主设计的无线指令电容式扩眼器在山西某井进行扩眼试验,扩眼井段1开,扩眼尺寸8-1/2寸至9-1/2寸,此次为无线指令式电控式扩眼器首次应用,具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。The wireless command electronic reamer transmits the command through drilling fluid pulse signal and drill pipe penetration rate signal,and controls the expansion and contraction of reamer blade.The operator can open or close the reamer tool at any time,which solves the defect that the traditional reamer must throw the ball or lower the cable.In this paper,the self-designed wireless command capacitor reamer was used in a well in Shanxi Province.The reaming section was 1 hole,and the reaming size was 8-1/2 inch to 9-1/2 inch.This is the first application of wireless command electronic control reamer,which has good application effect and promotion value.
