摘　　要：介绍了聚乙烯造粒机组和其原控制系统结构,对存在问题进行了梳理和分析,介绍了ECS700型集散控制系统(DCS)特点及结构,详细介绍了其在造粒机组的应用。This Paper introduces the structure of the PE granulator and its old control system,sorts out and analyzes the problems therein.Based on this,this paper introduces the characteristics and structure of ECS700 distributed control system(DCS),proposes its application plan for the granulator system and explains the specific application measures in detail.
