摘　　要：本文介绍了变换装置中在线分析系统的设计与优化方案,利用红外分析仪进行变换气的组分分析,对于换热器的泄露检测采用有毒气体检测器进行优化,以减少维护与投资成本,为工程应用提出一种新的思路。The article introduces the design and optimization scheme of the on-line analyzer system in the shift conversion process.Use the infrared analyzer to analyse the component of the process gas.Optimizes the toxic gas detector to detect the leakage of the heat exchanger,for reducing the maintenance and investment cost.A new idea is putting forward for engineering application.
