摘  要:在皮革生产过程中,部分企业由于污水处理工艺简单、设备较为落后,导致出水检验指标超标,存在严重的环境污染问题,因此为了实现可持续发展,有必要针对制革废水处理技术进行更新和优化,选择合理且先进的处理技术减少生产过程的污染。而CAST工艺即循环式活性污泥法,在制革废水处理方面具有显著优势,反应条件为厌氧、缺氧的切换变化,利用酶来实现高负荷基质积累与低负荷基质降解,从而快速实现污水中有机物的降解净化,控制真菌的生长活动等,并且能避免污泥膨胀,起到显著的脱氮除磷效果。本文主要围绕皮革生产过程中的污水处理展开论述,探讨了CAST工艺的具体应用。In the process of leather production,due to the relatively simple sewage treatment process and the lagging equipment,the effluent inspection index of some enterprises exceeds the standard and there is a serious problem of environmental pollution.Therefore,in order to achieve sustainable development,it is necessary to update and optimize the tannery wastewater treatment technology,choose reasonable and advanced treatment technology to reduce the pollution in the production process.The CAST process,also known as cyclic activated sludge process,has significant advantages in tannery wastewater treatment.The reaction conditions are the switching between anaerobic and anoxic conditions.Enzyme is used to realize the accumulation of high load substrate and degradation of low load substrate.It can quickly realize the degradation and purification of organic matter in wastewater,control the activities of fungal governors,and avoid sludge bulking,it has a significant effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.This paper mainly discusses the wastewater treatment of leather production and discusses the specific application of cast process.
