污染场地修复工程环境监理实践探讨——以某地块为例

摘　　要：环境监理是污染场地修复工程的关键环节,其对于控制污染场地具体污染情况和精准实施治理具有关键作用。本文在阐述污染场地修复工程环境监理责任的基础上,结合某污染地块实际情况,分析该地块环境污染现状,并指出具体的修复处置要点。研究指出:科学制定污染场地修复方案,规范开展场地污染情况监测,并结合实际监测结果,从土壤、污水、二次污染等方面进行污染场地修复,可有效提升污染场地修复质量。Environmental supervision is a key link in the remediation of contaminated sites,and it plays a key role in controlling the specific pollution of contaminated sites and accurately implementing governance.Based on the description of the environmental supervision responsibilities of the contaminated site restoration project,this article analyzes the current situation of environmental pollution in a contaminated plot based on the actual situation of the contaminated plot,and points out the specific remediation and disposal points.The study pointed out that:scientifically formulating the restoration of contaminated sites,standardizing the monitoring of site pollution,and combining actual monitoring results to remediate contaminated sites from the aspects of soil,sewage,secondary pollution,etc.,can effectively improve the quality of contaminated site restoration.
