摘 要:在海产品加工过程中,会产生鱼糜废水。这类废水中含有大量的水溶性蛋白,包括含量极高的COD、氨氮等元素,非常容易发生生化反应,进而对环境造成不利影响。针对海产品加工鱼糜废水的处理方式有很多种,常用的药物处理成本较高,因此需要寻找更加经济且高效的处理方式,从而最大程度地降低鱼糜废水处理成本,提升处理技术水平,化废为宝,为我国经济和环保事业的发展做出贡献。In the process of seafood processing,surimi wastewater will be produced.This kind of wastewater often carries a lot of water-soluble proteins,including very high content of COD,ammonia nitrogen and other elements,which is very easy to produce biochemical reactions and have adverse effects on the environment.There are many kinds of treatment methods for surimi wastewater from seafood processing,and the commonly used drugs have high cost,therefore,it is necessary to explore more economical and efficient treatment methods,so as to reduce the cost of surimi wastewater treatment to the greatest extent,improve the treatment technology level,turn the waste into treasure,and make contributions to the development of China’s economy and environmental protection.
