摘 要:本文研究了制冷剂充注量及阀开度对带有气液分离器的CO_(2)汽车空调系统性能的影响,通过可视化的气液分离器观察在不同充注量下罐子里面的液位高低,研究了气液分离器对于系统性能的影响。研究发现充注量在1,100~1,500 g系统状态相对稳定,出现平台期。在不同充注量下,阀开度对高低压和系统性能的影响研究表明,低充注量下(400~1,000 g),阀开度对低压影响较大;高压充注量下(1,600 g以上),阀开度对高压的影响较大。The influences of refrigerant charge and valve opening on performance of CO_(2) automobile air-conditioning system with gas-liquid separator are studied in this paper.Visualized gas-liquid separator is used to observe the liquid level in different charge,and the effect of gas-liquid separator on system performance isstudied.It is found that the system state is relatively stable as the refrigerant charge is within between 1,100-1,500g,and the platform period appears.The research results on the effect of valve opening on pressure and systemperformance under different charges show that,the valve opening with low charge(400-1,000 g)has a greatinfluence on low pressure,and the valve opening with high charge(larger than 1,600 g)has a great influence onhigh pressure.
