摘  要:本文研究了电子膨胀阀替代毛细管在恒温恒湿箱的可行性,分析了电子膨胀阀代替毛细管作为主要节流装置,在温度范围(5~45℃)与湿度范围(20%~75%)内的12个工况点的实验数据。结果表明:电子膨胀阀具有调节流量和反应速度较快的特点。在普通目标工况下,温湿度精度均有明显的提升;在极端目标工况下,温度精度可由±2.0℃提升至±1.0℃,湿度精度由±15%提升至±10%;但到达目标工况点时长维持原始的10~40min,这是由于数据统计问题,系统感应测试点增加后控制逻辑复杂以及电子膨胀阀未采用最佳开度判据点到达最优化控制算法的综合原因所致。In this paper,the feasibility of replacing capillary tube with electronic expansion valve in constant temperature and humidity chamber is studied.The experimental data of 12 operating points in temperature range(5-45℃)and humidity range(20%-75%)are analyzed.The results showed that electronic expansion valve has the characteristics of fast flow regulation and good reflection speed.Under the common target condition,the accuracy of temperature and humidity is improved obviously.Under the extreme target conditions,the temperature accuracy is increased from±2.0℃to±1.0℃,and the humidity accuracy is increased from±15%to±10%;however,the time to reach the operating point is kept at the original 10-40 min.This is due to data statistics that the control logic complex caused by system induction test points increase and the electronic expansion valve not using the best opening criterion point to reach optimal control algorithm.
