摘 要:对氮气泡沫驱采出液与常规采出液按不同比例混合,进行对比破乳实验,发现随着油样中氮气泡沫驱采出液比例的提高,不同时间下脱水率均会下降。其中氮气泡沫驱采出液的脱水率最低,其2 h脱水率最低仅为46.16%。按不同比例向常规采出液中加入起泡剂,进行破乳实验,当氮气泡沫驱起泡剂质量浓度低于100 mg/L时,起泡剂对原油破乳的影响很小;当起泡剂质量浓度高于100 mg/L时,原油脱水率急剧下降,在破乳剂加量120 mg/L条件下,起泡剂质量浓度200 mg/L时较空白组脱水率下降了64.30%。通过破乳剂筛选实验发现,优选出的AR型油溶性破乳剂对氮气泡沫驱采出液的破乳效果优于现场样,2 h脱水率为91%,脱出水中含油质量浓度为398 mg/L,脱水率较现场在用破乳剂提高12%,16 h净化油含水率降至0.42%。通过改用AR型破乳剂,优化现场工艺,外输原油含水率降至0.5%以下,达到现场原油脱水要求。Comparative demulsification experiments are carried out by mixing the produced liquid of nitrogen foam flooding with the conventional produced liquid in different proportions.It is found that the dehydration rates at different times decrease with the increase of the ratio of nitrogen foam flooding produced liquid in the oil sample.The dehydration rate of nitrogen foam flooding produced liquid is the lowest,and its 2 h dehydration rate is only 46.16%which is the lowest.By adding foaming agent to conventional produced liquid at different ratios,demulsification experiments are carried out.When the concentration of foaming agent for nitrogen foam is less than 100 mg/L,the effect of foaming agent on crude oil demulsification is very small.When the concentration of foaming agent is more than 100 mg/L,crude oil dehydration rate drops significantly,under the condition of 120 mg/L demulsifier,the dehy-dration rate of 200 mg/L foaming agent drops by 64.30%compared with the blank group.Through the screening experiment of demulsifier,the selected AR-type oil-soluble demulsifier has better demulsifi-cation effect on the nitrogen foam flooding produced liquid than the on-site sample.The dehydration rate is 91%at 2 h,and the oil in the extracted water is 398 mg/L.The dehydration rate is 12%higher than the on-site sample,and the water content of the purified oil is reduced to 0.42%at 16 h.By using the AR-type oil soluble demulsifier,and optimizing the field process,the water content of exported crude oil dropped to less than 0.5%,which can meet the requirements of crude oil dehydration on site.
