摘　　要：目的:分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSA)患者的负性情绪状况,为OSA患者的负性情绪管理提供参考。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年12月我院收治的84例OSA患者,按严重程度分为轻中度组(54例)和重度组(30例),采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)等评定OSA患者负性情绪情况。结果:重度组患者SCL-90得分高于轻中度组患者,其中两组的抑郁、焦虑、躯体化等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度患者的HAMA和HAMD分数高于轻中度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMD及HAMA分数和患者的睡眠呼吸暂停指数、睡眠呼吸低通气指数、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数呈正相关,和患者夜间血氧饱和度均值、夜间血氧饱和度最低值呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:O S A患者存在一定的心理健康问题,重症OSA患者的焦虑以及抑郁水平比轻中度患者严重。Objective To analyze the negative emotional status of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSA),furthermore to provide references for the management of negative emotional status of OSA patients.Methods 84 OSA patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected for study.According to the severity of OSA,the patients were divided into two groups,the severe group(54 patients)and the mild-moderate group(30 patients).Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate the negative emotional status of patients with OSA.Results The SCL-90 scores of patients in the severe group were higher,and there were statistical differences in the scores of depression,anxiety,somatization and other factors between the two groups,P<0.05.The scores of HAMA and HAMD in severe group were higher than those in mild-moderate group(P<0.05).The HAMD and HAMA score were positively correlated with the patient’s sleep apnea index,sleep hypopnea index,sleep apnea hypopnea index,and negatively correlated with the patient’s mean night blood oxygen saturation and the lowest night blood oxygen saturation(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with OSA have obvious mental problems,the anxiety and depression levels of patients with severe OSA are more serious.
