摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的提出对于涉外法治人才的培养提出了更高的要求。传统的国际法授课模式已经无法满足涉外型法治人才的培养要求,并且当前国际法学科中的实践课程设置也存在很多问题。系统教学体系的建立是培养实践能力的前提,法学人才培养模块化课程体系在国际法教学中的推广与创新是培养涉外应用型法学人才的有效途径。The“Belt and Road”puts forward higher requirements for the training of foreign-related legal talents.The traditional teaching mode of international law cannot meet the training requirements of foreign-related legal talents,and there are also many problems in the current practice curriculum in the discipline of international law.The establishment of a systematic teaching system is the prerequisite for cultivating practical ability,and the promotion and innovation of the modularized curriculum system for legal talent training in international law teaching is an effective way to cultivate foreign-related applied legal talents.
