摘  要:针对当今城市建设中井盖容易被盗、人工巡检不及时、运维成本高和易倾斜等安全隐患问题,设计了一款以低功耗为主旨,集数据采集、传输和处理于一体的智能井盖管理系统。该系统以STM8L051F3P6超低功耗微控制器为核心,用ADXL345倾斜角度传感器精准采集井盖姿态数据,使用NB-IoT技术将数据传到管理平台,并通过智能井盖管理软件实现对井盖的实时监测和预警处理。测试结果表明,系统具有超低功耗、工作稳定、组网简单、实时性响应良好等特点,实现了井盖的智能化、网络化和可视化管理,提高了管理人员的工作效率,具有良好的应用推广价值。Aiming at solving the problems of manhole cover being easily stolen,manual inspection not in time,high operation and maintenance cost,easy be tilted and potential safety hazards in today's urban construction,An intelligent manhole cover management system was designed,which integrated low power consumption as the main purpose,the data acquisition,transmission and processing,The STM8 L051F3P6 ultra⁃low power microcontroller chip was the core and was used AXDL345 tilt angle sensor to accurately collect well covers attitude,The datas were transmitted to the management platform through NB⁃IoT technology.The real⁃time monitoring and early warning processing of well cover were realized by intelligent well cover management software.The test results show that the system had the characteristics of ultra⁃low power consumption,stable work,simple networking,and good real⁃time response.It realizes the intelligent,networked and visualized management of manhole covers,improves the efficiency of managers,and has good application promotion value.
