农村腹膜透析患者自我超越现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查农村腹膜透析患者自我超越现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,2019年8月至12月选取郑州大学第一附属医院腹膜透析中心进行治疗的162例农村腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、自我超越量表、疾病接受度量表通过电子问卷进行调查,采用Spearman相关分析及多元线性回归对农村腹膜透析患者自我超越的影响因素进行分析。结果慢病种类与自我超越得分呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.192,P=0.016),疾病接受度得分与自我超越得分呈正相关(r_(s)=0.264,P=0.001)。农村腹膜透析患者自我超越得分是(44.6±7.1)分;单因素分析结果显示,工作状态、平均月收入、生活状况、健康状况、是否参加集体活动、最近6个月有无重大事件发生对自我超越得分有影响(P<0.05),而年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度对自我超越得分无影响(P>0.05);多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,家庭平均月收入、慢性病种类、疾病接受度是患者自我超越的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论农村腹膜透析患者自我超越处于中度水平,医务人员应该关注患者自我超越的影响因素,制定针对性的干预措施帮助其实现超越自我。Objective To investigate the self-transcendence status of rural peritoneal dialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 162 patients selected using convenience sampling from the peritoneal dialysis centers in the First Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were surveyed with general information questionnaire,self-transcendence scale,and disease acceptance scale.The data was collected through online questionnaires.Spearman correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were performed to analyze the influencing factors of the self-transcendence status of rural peritoneal dialysis patients.Results Spearman correlation analysis showed that chronic disease types were negatively correlated with the self-transcendence score(rs=-0.192,P=0.016),and the disease acceptance score was positively correlated with the self-transcendence score(rs=0.264,P=0.001).The self-transcendence score of rural peritoneal dialysis patients was(44.6±7.1).The results of the single-factor analysis showed that work status,average monthly income,living conditions,health status,participation in group activities,and the occurrence of major events in the past six months were influencing factors of self-transcendence score(P<0.05).However,the self-transcendence scores of patients of different age,gender,marital status,or education level were not significantly different(P>0.05).The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that average monthly income,chronic disease types,and disease acceptance were influencing factors of self-transcendence.Conclusion The self-transcendence of rural peritoneal dialysis patients is at a moderate level,and health care workers should pay more attention to relevant factors of self-transcendence and develop targeted intervention.
