摘  要:针对现有产品概念设计表达及求解很少考虑特性问题,提出了一种基于有向图与对偶图的产品概念设计过程模型。分别对产品功能、抽象特性、结构特征进行描述,通过有向图建立功能与抽象特性的转化关系,将表征特性的有向图转化为对偶图,实现了抽象特性到实体特征的映射。通过边点赋权图对不同子结构评价决策,通过迁移图和布局图得到结构之间的最优布局。最后以一款建筑施工的管桩预应力张拉机概念设计为例,验证了该模型的可行性和适用性。Aiming at the expression and solution of the existing product conceptual design process,which rarely considers characteristics,a product conceptual design model based on directed graph and dual graph is proposed. The product functions,abstract characteristics,and structural characteristics are described respectively. The transformation relationship between functions and abstract characteristics is established through directed diagrams. The directed diagrams representing characteristics are transformed into dual diagrams,which realizes the mapping of abstract characteristics to entity characteristics. The edge point weighting diagram evaluates and make decisions for different sub-structures.The migration diagram and the layout diagram analyze the optimal layout between the sub-structures. Finally,a conceptual design of a pipe pile prestressed tensioning machine for building construction is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model.
