摘　　要：装配式桥梁有利于节约资源,减少环境污染,提高劳动效率和质量水平,但是也要求生产标准化,工厂化,对生产设备性能提出了更高的要求。在桥面板的预制生产工序中,振捣工序对于桥面板的质量优劣影响极大,而传统振捣方式多采用人力操作各式振动器,效率低下且作业繁重,本文设计了一种专用于桥面板预制生产的新型全自动排振机,采用西门子高端PLC控制,根据程序操控排振机的各个伺服缸同步升降高频振捣棒,完成桥面板的全自动振捣工序,实践证明极大提高了生产效率,保证了质量并将有限的人力从繁重劳动中解放出来。The assembled bridge is beneficial to saving resources,reducing environmental pollution,improving labor efficiency and quality level,but it also requires production standardization,which requires better performance of production equipment.As a part of the bridge deck prefabrication process,the vibration process has important impact on the quality of the bridge deck,while the traditional vibration method is using all kinds of vibrators by human operation,which is inefficient and hard.This practice designs a new type of automatic vibration mechanism for the prefabrication of the bridge deck,which is controlled by Siemens high-end PLC.According to the program,each servo cylinder of the vibration mechanism is controlled to synchronously lift the high-frequency vibrating rod.The practice has proved that the vibration mechanism can greatly improve the production efficiency,guarantee the quality and take off the workload.
