摘 要:为了提高中压直流断路器限流水平,减少断路器的固有动作时间,设计了对故障短路电流反应快速的电磁斥力脱扣机构。运用电磁场分析软件Ansoft Maxwell对电磁斥力脱扣机构进行了动态特性仿真,通过改变斥力机构中斥力盘半径、厚度以及斥力盘与线圈之间的气隙等参数,得到各个结构参数对斥力机构性能的影响,从而为电磁斥力脱扣机构设计及优化提供基础。最后通过试验进行了测试,试验结果表明,电磁斥力脱扣机构的动态特性试验结果与仿真结果相吻合,性能指标能满足设计要求,为中压直流断路器电磁斥力脱扣机构的设计和优化提供了一条有效的途径。In order to improve the current limiting level of the medium voltage DC circuit breaker and reduce the inherent operation time of the circuit breaker,an electromagnetic repulsion trip mechanism was designed to respond quickly to the fault short-circuit current.In this paper,the electromagnetic analysis software Ansoft Maxwell is used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic repulsion trip mechanism.By changing the radius and thickness of the repulsion disk and the air gap between repulsion disk and coil,the influence of various structural parameters on the performance of repulsion mechanism is obtained,which provides a basis for the design and optimization of electromagnetic repulsion trip mechanism.Finally,the motion characteristics of the mechanism are tested by experiments.The experimental results show that the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion trip mechanism are consistent with simulation results,and its performance index can meet the design requirements.This simulation method provides an effective way for the design and optimization of electromagnetic repulsion trip mechanism of medium voltage DC circuit breaker.
