摘  要:研究“E”型含油直动式电磁铁核心制造工艺参数对交流接触器性能的影响,对于接触器专业生产厂家来说,显得尤为重要。电磁铁制造时,改变冲片喷油量、叠铆片数、磨削量3种工艺参数,对比验证工艺参数改变能反映交流接触器吸反力特性及性能的产品振动(噪声)、动作性能、线圈温升3种参数作统计研究,并以标准样机参数进行对比分析,发现较小的磨削量有助于提升产品性能。To study the influence of the core manufacturing process parameters of the"E"type oil-containing direct-acting electromagnet on the performance of the AC contactor is particularly important for professional contactor manufacturers.When manufacturing the electromagnet,change the three process parameters of the injection volume of the punching piece,the number of riveting pieces,and the amount of grinding to compare and verify that the process parameter changes have an impact on the product vibration(noise)and action that can reflect the characteristics and performance of the AC contactor.The three parameters of performance and coil temperature rise are statistically studied,and compared and analyzed with the standard prototype parameters,it is found that a smaller grinding amount can help improve product performance.
