摘 要:为解决在干、结霜工况下空气源热泵室外机因结霜引起的换热性能下降的问题,以翅片管式换热器为研究对象.在模化试验的基础上,采用数值模拟的方法分别对不同片型组合的翅片换热器结霜量、换热与阻力性能以及平均对流换热系数进行分析.研究结果表明,前开孔后开缝的翅片组合方式较全开孔的结霜质量及平均对流换热系数分别最高可提升9%、11%.较前开缝后开孔的相应参数的增幅分别为17.7%、18.37%.In order to solve the problem that the heat transfer performance of the outdoor unit of multi-connected air source heat pump decreases due to frosting under dry and frosting conditions,the finned tube heat exchanger was taken as the research object.On the basis of modeling test,numerical simulation method was used to analyze frosting amount,heat transfer and resistance performance,average convective heat transfer coefficient and energy efficiency ratio of heat pump units of fin heat exchangers with different combinations.The research results showed that the frosting quality,COP and average convective heat transfer coefficient of the unit can be increased by 9%,3.88%and 11%respectively compared with that of the whole hole.Compared with the previous opening,the corresponding parameters of opening were increased by 17.7%,6.69%and 18.37%respectively.
