摘  要:对2020年石佛寺水库5月~10月浮游植物种类及其细胞密度进行分析,共观察到浮游植物7门44种(属),其中硅藻门的小环藻、舟形藻、直链藻,绿藻门的栅藻以及蓝藻门的平裂藻为优势种属。同时,石佛寺水库浮游植物细胞密度由6月~10月呈现逐渐降低的趋势,大体与浮游植物种属存在数目相吻合。由此可知,浮游植物的种类及其细胞密度对环境温度以及水体营养状态等条件均有一定要求,石佛寺水库浮游植物种类相对比较丰富,但该水库的生态环境更适宜对环境温度以及水体环境要求不高的硅藻门及绿藻门浮游植物生存。The phytoplankton species and cell density of Shifosi Reservoir from May to October in 2020 were analyzed.A total of 44 species(genus)of phytoplankton in 7 phyla were observed,among which Cyclotella,Navicula and Melosira in the Diatom phylum,Scenedesmus of the phylum Chlorophyta and Platychosanthes of the phylum Cyanophyta are the dominant species.At the same time,the cell density of phytoplankton in Shifosi Reservoir showed a gradual decrease from June to October,which is roughly consistent with the number of phytoplankton species.It can be seen that the type of phytoplankton and its cell density have certain requirements for conditions such as environmental temperature and nutritional status of the water body.The Shifosi Reservoir is relatively rich in phytoplankton species,but the ecological environment of the reservoir is more suitable for the survival of diatoms and green algae phytoplankton that do not require high environmental temperature and water environment.
