摘  要:针对目前中国低产液油井的流量测量需求,根据强迫对流换热的原理,提出了恒温差阵列式流量检测方法,设计了温差控制电路和6通道数字电源,开发了一款阵列恒温差热式流量计。在此基础上进行了相关实验,实验结果表明,该仪器对于1~15 m^(3)/d的流量检测分辨率达到了1 m^(3)/d,且仪器对流体流量变化反应灵敏,集成度高,体积小,性能稳定,因此对低产液水平井大斜度井井下流量的在线测量有重要的参考价值。As to the current demand of flow measurement in low yield production oil wells in China,according to the detection principal of forced convection heat transfer,a constant temperature difference array flow detection method was proposed.A temperature difference control circuit and six-channel digital power were designed and a constant temperature difference thermal flowmeter with array sensor were developed.On the basis above,relevant experiments were carried out and the experimental result shows that the flowmeter’s detection resolution can reach 1 m^(3)/d in the range of 1~15 m^(3)/d.In addition,the instrument is sensitive to the change of fluid flow,and has characteristics of high integration,small volume and stable performance.Therefore,it has significant reference value for real time fluid measurement in low liquid production horizontal wells and high deviated wells.
