摘 要:在解决工程类比法与现场施工匹配不足的问题上,系统锚杆设计与优化在工程实际中产生分歧与矛盾。为提高隧道初期支护系统锚杆优化精细程度,依托江玉高速香树坳隧道,基于数值模拟对系统锚杆进行分区研究,明晰横断面各区域系统锚杆参数敏感性差异。结果表明:系统锚杆长度、直径、环向间距、纵向间距为围岩变形的主要影响因素;系统锚杆对围岩变形敏感性排序依次为环向间距、纵向间距、直径和长度;改变系统锚杆参数对围岩应力应变极值影响较大,而对应力应变分布特征影响可忽略;优化系统锚杆参数对其自身受荷特征改善大于其他构件,最大改善效果可达其他构件的3.17倍。研究结果可为同类工程提供参考。In order to solve the problem of insufficient matching between engineering analogy method and field construction,the design and optimization of system anchor rod have differences and contradictions in engineering practice.In order to improve the fineness of the bolt optimization of the initial support system of the tunnel,the Jiangyu Expressway Xiangshu'ao Tunnel was relied on.The system bolts were studied by numerical simulation to clarify the sensitivity differences of the system bolt parameters in each area of the cross section.The results show that the main influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation are the length,diameter,circumferential spacing,and longitudinal spacing of the system bolts.The system bolts'sensitivity to surrounding rock deformation is sorted in order of circumferential spacing,longitudinal spacing,diameter and length.Changing the system bolt parameters has a greater impact on the stress and strain extremes of the surrounding rock,while the impact on the stress and strain distribution characteristics is negligible.The optimization system bolt parameters improve its own loading characteristics more than other components,and its maximum improvement effect can reach 3.17 times that of other components.Similar projects can be used for reference from the research results.
