摘 要:以台架试验的方法对一种新型车轮三分力传感器进行性能验证。介绍了新型车轮三分力传感器的基本原理及结构、试验装置及试验方法。进行了不同工况下的轮胎试验,将新型三分力传感器的测量结果与奇石乐传感器进行对比分析。试验结果表明:自主研发的新型车轮三分力传感器输出结果与奇石乐传感器产品相近,测量误差较小,性能较好。The performance of a new wheel three-component force sensor is verified by bench test.The basic principle,structure of the new wheel three-component force sensor,the test device and the test method are introduced.The tire tests under different working conditions were carried out,and the measurement results of the new three-component force sensor and Kistler sensor were compared and analyzed.The test results show that the measurement results of the new wheel three-component force sensor developed by ourselves are similar to those of Kistler sensor,and the measurement error is small.The performance of the new wheel three-component force sensor is good.
