摘　　要：从自动灌装机的结构组成、工作原理、控制方案设计、硬件设计、软件设计等方面,介绍一种四枪头双层25 L方桶称重式液体灌装机的控制系统。该系统主要运用了PLC控制、步进驱动、气动技术、称重仪表、触摸屏、传感器等关键技术,实现了双层25 L方桶定值灌装的自动控制。This paper introduces the control system of a four gun double-layer 25 L square barrel weighing liquid filling machine from the aspects of the structure composition,working principle,control scheme design,hardware design and software design of the automatic filling machine.The system mainly uses PLC control,step drive,pneumatic technology,weighing instrument,touch screen,sensor and other key technologies to realize the automatic control of double-layer 25 L square barrel fixed value filling.
