摘 要:为解决目前烟草行业温湿度计量检定布线复杂、功能简单等缺点,该文设计开发了一套基于WIFI和单片机的无线温湿度采集系统。通过试验分别对系统的精度、一致性、重复性和稳定性进行了测试,并与传统的有线采集装置进行了比对试验。结果表明:①无线温湿度采集系统的温度测量误差满足±0.1℃,湿度测量误差满足±1.0%RH,均满足计量检定的要求;②采用假设检验方法对一致性、重复性进行了验证,一致性测试结果P值均大于显著性水平α(0.05),重复性P值计算结果为0.766,大于显著性水平α,表明系统一致性和重复性较好。采用休哈特控制图法对稳定性进行了验证,通过温湿度X-R图判断该系统长期稳定性较好;并且与传统有线采集装置进行了试验对比,二者温湿度测量结果无显著性差异。该温湿度无线采集系统为实验室温湿度的计量检定提供了一种更加便捷高效的测量方法。In order to solve the shortcomings of the metrological verification on temperature and humidity in tobacco industry,such as complicated wiring and simple functions,a wireless temperature and humidity acquisition system based on WIFI and single chip computer was proposed and designed.The accuracy,consistency,repeatability and stability of the system were tested through experiments,and correlative experiments were performed with traditional wired acquisition devices.The results show that:①The temperature measurement error of the wireless temperature and humidity acquisition system meets±0.1℃and the humidity measurement error meets±1.0%RH.And they both meet the requirements of metrological verification.②Hypothesis testing was used to verify consistency and repeatability.The P values of the consistency test results were greater than the significance levelα(0.05).The P value of the repeatability was calculated as 0.766,which was greater than the significance levelα.The results show that the consistency and repeatability of the system was good.Moreover,the stability was verified by Shewhart control charts method.Judging from the temperature and humidity X-R charts,the system has good long-term stability.Compared with the traditional wired acquisition device,there is no significant difference in the measurement results of temperature and humidity between the two systems.This temperature and humidity wireless acquisition system provides a more convenient and efficient measurement method for the laboratory temperature and humidity metrological verification.
